Allison updated 7 November 2005
"My great-grand-uncle, John Allison
(1831-1928) arrived in Morrow around 1858 we think. He arrived via Canada,
so there are no immigration records. My current interest is in the family
tale that there were already Allisons in Morrow prior to his arrival.
I am wondering who they were, and if they might, in turn have been some
kind of relative of his, (like uncle, or 2nd cousin or somesuch). So
I am interested in any Morrow village Allisons who predate 1854/1858,
and I would dearly like indication of their origin."

Samuel Archer, Mary A. Archer and my 4th great grandfather John Archer
who was married to a Mary E. Parshall. http://tawnyivie.tripod.com
