Dexter Moore (1930-1952)

PFC DEXTER MOORE
...missing in action.
Word has been received here by Mrs. Robert Woods of East Main Street,
that her brother, Pfc, Dexter Moore, 19, has been missing in action in
Korea since December 1. He served with the 24th Infantry Division
and was in the armed forces for three years. He is the son of Mrs.
Mary Jane Stamper, North Broadway, and attended Kings Mills school.

Frederick L. Moore (1949-1998)

Fredrick L. Moore 48 of Franklin was born Aug. 11, 1949, passed May 10, 1998. He is survived by: Marie (Gunckel) Moore, wife; Shirley Moore, mother; Fredrick S., Edward and Joseph C. Moore, sons; Kathryn Moore, daughter; Steven Moore, Tim Moore, Lisa Zornes, siblings; and five grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, May 13,1998 12-1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services: following services,Wednesday, May 13, 1998 graveside at Woodhill Cemetery

Mrs. Mary Anna Fairchild Moore

MORROW - Mrs. Mary Anna Fairchild Moore, 75, of Morrow, died at 1:15 p.m. yesterday at Clinton Memorial Hospital, Wilmington.
The widow of James W. Moore, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mattie Bradley of Hamilton and Mrs. Emily Jones of Lebanon; three sons, O. B. Moore of Cincinnati, Walter of New Burlington and Henry F. Moore of Morrow; a sister, Mrs. Mattie Perry of White Lake, Wis; three brothers, W. N. Fairchild of Gibson City, Ill, and Fred and B. B. Fairchild, both of Waynesville; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Fisher Funeral Home Wilmington, with burial in New Burlington cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
