Warren County Marriage Consents 1803 – 1903 lists a 9 April 1853 listing the William Monroe and Margaret Casat. The above document from the "Consent Binders" makes no mention of a marriage or the name Margaret Casat. No marriage record for the couple is found in Warren County Marraige Records.
