A. Green, relict of Wm. Green, dec., aged 68

Biggs
DIED—On Sunday morning last at Cincinnati, of cholera, Catharine,
wife of Thomas R. Biggs, and daughter of Henry
Miller of this place, aged 25 years. |
Rev. Oswald Warrington
DIED—On Monday last in Cincinnati, after an illness of cholera
of but a few hours, Rev. Oswald Warrington, formerly
connected with the Lebanon Mission of the Methodist Protestant Church,
and well and favorably known to the citizens of this place as a zealous,
pious and devoted Christian. |
Joseph C. Foster
DIED—On the 11th inst. at Morrow, after a short illness, Mr. Joseph
C. Foster, merchant of that place. He had resided at Morrow for
several years, and his many excellent qualities as a man and a citizen
had endeared him to all who enjoyed the pleasure of intercourse with him,
in any of the various relations of life. His loss will be seriously felt. |
Martha Jane (Bone) Black
DIED—On Friday last, 13th inst., of cholera, after an illness of
nine hours, Mrs. Martha Jane Black, wife of Rev. F.
G. Black, in the 31st year of her age. The deceased was a member
of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church for many years, a devoted Christian,
and died prepared for a heavenly inheritance. She fulfilled well all the
relations of life, viz: daughter, wife, mother, neighbor and friend, and
her many virtues will long be remembered and cherished.
Agnes Bone
On the same day, Miss Agnes BONE, sister of Mrs.
Black, was taken with cholera at nine o’clock in the morning
and died at 12 o’clock at night. She was in the 29th year of her
age. Miss Bone several years ago attached herself to
the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and by her pious and exemplary life
fully illustrated the Christian character. She was an affectionate and
dutiful daughter, a kind sister, and a devoted friend. |
Mrs. Bunker
DIED—On Saturday the 14th inst., in Lebanon, Mrs. Bunker,
of consumption. |
Mrs. Cartwright
DIED—On Wednesday morning last, in Lebanon, Mrs. Cartwright,
at the advanced age of 74. |
Wm. A. Bone
DIED—On Thursday last, of consumption, after a lingering illness,
Mr. Wm. A. Bone. |
