Phyllis Barr Toler of Chesterfield, MO writes
"I was given all of my families old pictures and papers when my oldest Aunt passes away. I am getting older and would like to get as many of these things in the hands of people who might appreciate them. I was born and raised in the Miamsiburg area. I knew both Alta and Charles and remember visiting them both in Clermont County and in Franklin. Alta Barr was my grandfather's sister."

Note: Ater scanning the photos, the Warren County Genealogical Society passed on the originals to the Franklin Area Historical Society.
