Philomathean 1909
Lebanon University
(successor to National Normal University)

Source:
The Biles-Roll Photo Collection at the Warren County Genealogical Society
Comments:
The name "Philomathean" comes from two Greek words, (philos: "love") and (mathos: "something which is learned") or "love of knowledge."
Perhaps the group is a literary or debating society/sorority
