FRANKLIN – Fred Uhlenbrock, 90, died at 2:30 a.m. today at the home of a brother, Barney, 720 Lake Ave., with whom he had been living. He had been in failing health three years. Mr. Uhlenbrock came to Franklin from Germany in 1881 and went to work in the local paper industry in 1883. He later became a tobacco grower and retired 10 years ago. The only other survivors are a niece and nephew. Requiem High Mass will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church in Franklin, with a burial in Woodhill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Unglesby Funeral Home Monday from 2 to 5 and
