Eleanor Howe FRANKLIN - Mrs. Eleanor W. Howe, 64, of 219 Oxford Road, died of cancer at 9:40 a.m. Thursday at Kettering Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient 11 days. Mrs. Howe was a retired division manager for the Vanda Beauty Counselors in Dayton, and was a member of the Dayton Junior League and the Franklin Historical Society. She was a graduate of the University of Missouri. Surviving are her husband, Dean; a son, Dean Jr., of New York City; and
