Andrew J. Cox (1841-1927)

WAR VETERAN DIES.

Andrew Cox, 85 years of age, passed away at his home in South Lebanon on Saturday, March 5. He was stricken with chronic nephritis which was the direct cause of his demise. Mr. Cox was a Civil War Veteran.

Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church in South Lebanon on Monday, March 7 with Rev. Nungester officiating. He was laid to rest in the South Lebanon cemetery.

John Cox

FRANKLN - Services for John W. Cox, 79, of 5769 Union Road, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Unglesby Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Rice and Dr. H. S. Gessner officiating. Burial will be in Boian Cemetery in Boian Ky.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to t and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mr. Cox died Thursday at Middletown Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Pearl; a son, John Jr., of Franklin; six daughters, Mrs. Jean Whitener of New Salisbury, Ind., Mrs. Kathleen Hendricks of Fairfield, Mrs. Mildred Wilson and Mrs. Edna Rice of Franklin, Mrs. Delma Ginter of Pryse, Ky., and Mrs. Effie Clifford of Louisville, Ky.; a brother Gentry of Irvine, Ky.; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Winkler of Irvine, Ky., and Mrs. Flora Shifflet of Ravenna, Ky.; and 10 grandchildren.

Wilbur M. Cox (c1923-1996)

Wilbur M. Cox

FRANKLIN - Wilbur M. Cox, 73, of Franklin, died at noon Friday, Oct. 11, 1996, at Middletown Regional Hospital.
He was born in Middletown and worked for Armco for 36 years, retiring in 1983. He also served in the U. S. Marine Corp during World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Jean, two sons, Dan, of Columbus, and Mike and daughter-in-law, Marsha of Franklin; four brothers, John Henry of Tallahassee, Fla.; Raymond of Franklin, Richard of Middletown and Thomas of Springboro; two sisters, Eunice of Jacksonburg and Ramona Tulte of Middletown; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and George.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Monday at the Unglesby-Anderson Funeral Home in Franklin, with Rev. Bill Perry officiating. The burial site is Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
