Merrill Beltz Merrill Eugene Beltz, 53, of Lebanon, died Thursday, March 11 at his residence. He stocked parts inventory at General Motors for 29 years and was a member F.&A.M. Lodge #678 of Mason, the Shriners and the Scottish Rite. He is survived by his former wife, Karen Beltz; two daughters, Elana and Evella, both of Lebanon, parents Willie and Rhea (Knight) Beltz of Lebanon and one sister Marlene Ratliff of Lebanon. Funeral services were held Monday, March 15 at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. The Rev. Steve Tufts officiated. Burial was in Fellowship Cemetery on Columbia Road. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of Middletown, 4414 Lewis Street, Middletown. The family of Merrill E. Beltz wishes to express our gratitude for the kindness shown during his recent short illness and during our recent time of sorrow. We want to send a thank you to friends, neighbors, Pallbearers and relatives and co-workers who brought food, flowers, gifts of kindness and prayers during the passing of our loved one. A special thank you to Rev. Steve Tufts, the F. and A.M. Lodge #678 and Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home for their special touch that made our burden easier to bear.
