As the election of a speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives is now on, it may be interesting to note that this honor has only been accorded to Warren couty [sic] twice. In 1811, Matthew Corwin, the elder brother of our famous Tom Corwin, was elected, and in 1821, John Bigger was elected.
