Within the last few days, two well marked cases of cholera have occurred in Lebanon. We allude to the cases of Mr. John Pauly, Jr., and his wife. The first, taken in the earliest stage, readily yielded to medical treatment. Mrs. P., as well as her husband, probably contracted the disease in Cincinnati, but neglected it until it assumed a violent character. We are pleased, however, to learn that under skillful and proper management its virulence was arrested, and she is now rapidly recovering.

Mr. Robert Eddy, from St. Louis, and residing in this vicinity, was seized with the cholera a few days since, but immediately applied to a physician, whose remedies arrested the disease at once. He also, it is believed, had contracted the disease before his arrival here.

On Tuesday last, a German from Twenty Mile Stand and a peddler from Clearcreek Township, were brought to the Poor House, both having been attacked with cholera.

We would be obliged to physicians here and throughout the county to furnish us with accurate information as to the number of cases and fatality of the disease. Let us have the whole truth.
