To the voters of Franklin Township: -
I was the only person filing a petition for Justice of the Peace of Franklin
Twp.
At the request of many friends, I filed a petition for Clerk of Franklin
Township.
The office of Justice of PEace of Franklin Township pays good at times;
at other times I do not make expenses.
The additional compensation from Clerk of Franklin Township, if elected,
will help me to support my family, as you are aware that I am unable to
perform manual labor.
I believe that I am qualified to perform the duties of Clerk of Franklin
Township, and I know that you are convinced on this point without further
argument.
Come in and see me; you are welcome.
If elected to this office, I will give my best efforts to conduct the
business of this office, that the same will have your approval.
