The following University builings are under contract. The chapel buildIng to be located on East St. opposite the Court House between the Lyceum and the Presbyterian church, two three story dormitories on Warren St, and two three story dormitories on Cherry St., all on the Graybill lot. The brick residence on the corner of Cherry and Warren will be changed to a three story house with six large rooms on each floor and; porches extending on entirely around each story. The University Club took permanent possession of the basement of the Lyceum last Monday.
