- Mrs. Horace B. Chandler is prepared to do dress making in all its branches; latest styles, and prices to suit the public. Residence over Mrs. F. King's Millinery. - Mr. David Chandler has sold his home place to Mr. Thomas Johns for $75 per acre. David will move to the old Aaron Chandler farm, lately purchased by him. - Messrs. S. Pugh and Horace Chandler have started a new meat market one door South of Dr. Haines' office. They offer the best cuts of beef at 15 cents a pound, with 10 per cent off for cash. Call and see them. - The property opposite the former home of the late Achilles Pugh, and which was part of the Pugh estate, was sold last week to Mr. S. D. Everly for $1200. The Catholic Church building is included in the purchase. - A large party was given at the home of Mr. Wilson Kirby, Tuesday night of last week, near Utica; the guests numbering about two hundred and fifty. Dancing was the principal feature of the entertainment, and all enjoyed it exceedly. - Captain W. R. Hoel has had a letter from Mr. George E. Smith, of Port Orange Florida, and also some stereoscopic views of Mr. Smith's orange grove, which is in a flourishing condition.
