NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE executors of James S. Couden, deceased. will sell at public sale at the Morrow Bank, in Morrow, Ohio, on

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16,1889,

At 10 o'clock A. M., the Fort Ancient Farm. including The "Old Fort.," one of the grandest archaeological structures In America.
This wonderful monument of the skill and industry of a great and vanished race and the splendid farm above referred to are situated on the east bank of the Little Miami river on the Pittsburg, Cincinnati & St. Louis R. R., within 1/2 mile of station, 40 miles distant from Cincinnati.

This property will be sold in one entire tract or in two tracts one of 94 acres and one of 190 acres.

TERMS.

One third cash on day of sale; one-third in one year, and one third in two years. Deferred payments to bear interest from day of sale and to be secured by notes, and mortgage on premises.
