The question of the disposition of the wastewater of the University laundry which has been before Council several times, culminated last Saturday in the arrest of Prof. R. H. Holbrook on the charge of discharging foul water into the streets and alleys of the village. The warrant was sworn out by W. S. Hinkle. The case was to have been heard Wednesday, but was continued to Friday on account of the Earnhart trial.
