Eliza A. Waggoner, administratrix of Ventel Waggoner, filed an affidavit as and for her final settlement showing that she had no money or other assets, nor had she made any payments. The only asset was a claim against J. C. Gluck, of West Virginia, who is wholly insolvent and the claim worthless. The court discharged her from the trust and released the bondsman from future liability.
