Perhaps no happier family gathering has been enjoyed in Lebanon for years than that held on Tuesday last by six good mothers, whose ages were respectively seventy five, seventy three, seventy one, sixty eight, sixty six and sixty four years, an average of seventy years.

They emigrated to this State from Eastern New York over sixty years ago, and have ever since resided in Southern Ohio. They have all reared families. Four of them have enjoyed golden wedding anniversaries. Three are widows, and all, with a single exception, are now in the enjoyment of excellent health. The pleasant reunion referred to was hold at the residence of Mrs. Joseph Jameson, the afflicted sister, on Mulberry street. Their names, in the order of their ages, beginning with the eldest, are given below:

Phoebe Cleland, Martinsville, Ohio; Elizabeth Mulford, Mason, Ohio; Catharine Koogle, Lebanon, Ohio; Caroline McGervey Xenia, Ohio; Sarah A. Jameson, Lebanon, Ohio; Jane Corwin, Red Lion, Ohio. The other children consisted of two brothers Martin Brown, deceased, and Henry Brown, who now resides in Omaha, Neb.
