- Dwight Holbrook, Esq., of Chicago, Ill., only brother of Alfred Holbrook, President of the University here, has been visiting Lebanon during the past week. This is his first visit to our beautiful and cultivated town and he is well pleased with his sojourn.

- Mrs. Eliza Simonton and son Dick left yesterday for their home in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Horace Drake Esq., and wife left at the same time for their home in Texas. Both families have been enjoying a delightful visit with the family of Mr. John R. Drake and other friends here.
