FITE - MARLATT

A quiet weeding was solemnized at the Methodist parsonage, Saturday afternoon when Miss Velma Marlatt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Marlatt became the bride of Roy Fite, son of Mrs. Anna Fite of this city.  Rev. R. B. Foster preformed the ceremony in the presence of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Marlatt, Lucile and Ben Marlatt, and Dorothy Earnhart.  The bride was attired in a beautiful gown of white silk and white georgette crepe hat.  Immediately following the ceremony the bridal couple left for a short honeymoon trip and upon their return will be a home to their friends on Silver St.
Mrs. Fite is the bright and accomplished daughter of MR. and Mrs. J. T. Marlatt and for the past few years has spent most of her time with her aunt, Mrs. Ben Earnhart in Lebanon where she is favorably known.  The groom was formerly a member of Company E, and is now doing carpenter work here.  Their many friends wish them much joy and happiness.
