Know all men by these presence that I William Lytle of the County of Fayette and District of Kentucky am held and firmly bound unto Jno. Nealy of Columbia and County of Hamilton in the just and full sum of one hundred and fifty pounds lawful money of Virginia to which payment will and truly to be made, I bind myself my heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presence sealed with my seal and dated this fifteenth of February Seventeen hundred and ninety two. The condition off the above obligation is such that I am to make a good sufficient deed to the above mentioned John Nealy for two hundred and fifty acres of land out of a tract or survey of five hundred acres belonging to Robt. Todd about one mile and a half below O__nion creek and that within the space of eighteen months, or sooner if the Patent is obtained from the Government for said tract of land for the true performance of the above obligation, I do find myself my heirs, executors and administrators in the just and full ____ above mentioned, as Witness my hand and seal this fifteenth day of February Seventeen Hundred and ninety two.

Recd of Jno Nealy thirty five pound Pennsylvania currency, it being a receipt in full for the within tract of land containing two hundred and fifty acres __ Witness my hand and seal this Fifteenth day of February, Seventeen hundred and ninety two, 1792.
