remainders and profits thereof , And all the estate right title interest

claim and demand of him the said James Taylor of in and to the same To

and to hold the lands hereby conveyed with all and singular the premises
and every
part and parcel thereof, with every of the assurtenances unto the said
Ariel Beeman
his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use, and behoof of him

Beeman his heirs and assigns forever And the said James Taylor and his
heirs
all and singular the premises hereby bargained and sold unto the said

heirs all and every other person or persons whatever doth and will, Warrant

defend by these presents and Keturah L. Taylor wife of the said James

and state aforesaid James Taylor Jr. who as Atty in fact for James Taylor
& Keturah
L. Taylor grantors named in the within deed of conveyance acknowledged

signing and sealing thereof to be his voluntary act and deed for the purposed
therein
