Know all men by these presents that we William Nicholson
Daniel Clark and Mary his wife late Mary Nicholson Obadiah McCabe
and Jane his wife late Jane Nicholson and Thomas Nicholson of the county
of Warren and state of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve
hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Robert Nicholson the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold remised and quit
claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell remise and quit claim
unto the said Robert Nicholson and to his heirs and assigns forever, all
our right title interest and claim to a tract or parcel of land situate in the
county and state aforesaid and a part of section thirteen in Township three
and Range four between the Miami rivers contianing one hundred acres
which we have as the heirs of Thomas Nicholson decd. it being four sixths part
of said tract except twenty two acres and sixty square poles conveyed
to John Wickerham by deed bearing date the twenty sixty day of Feb-
ruary 1835. together with all and singular the hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversions remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate
right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of us as the legal heirs
of the said Thomas Nicholson decd. either in law or equity of in and to the
above bargained premises. to have and to hold the same to the said Robert
Nicholson and to his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof the said William Nicholson, Daniel Clark and
Mary his wife late Mary Nicholson, Obadiah McCabe and Jane his
wife late Jane Nicholson and Thomas Nicholson have hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

The state of Ohio Warren County ss.
------------------On this 26th day of February in the year 1835 William
Nicholson, Daniel Clark Obadiah McCabe and Thomas Nicholson
the grantors named in the within release deed personally appeared
before me an acting Justice of the peace of the county aforesaid and ac-
knowledged the within indenture to be their vaoluntary act and deed.
And at the same time Mary Clark and Jane McCabe wives of the said
Daniel Clark and Obadiah McCabe being by me examined separate &
apart from their husbands and made acquainted with the contents of
the within deed by reading the same to them acknowledged that they did
voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and that they are still
satisfied therewith. Given under my hand and seal the day and
