"Jacob & Mary (Jackson) Lefevre have a bio in the Beers 1882 work under their name. A number of their kids' names crop up in other of the Beers bios as as well. For instance, daughter Sarah Lefevre is mentioned as Milton Coulson's wife in the Beers bio of her father-in-law, William Coulson."

THIS Indenture made this Sixth day of Decem
=ber in the year of Our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and eight, between Joseph Sipe
of the County of Warren and State of Ohio of the one part, and Jacob Lefever of
the Same place of the Other part, Witnefseth, That the Said Joseph for and in Con
=sideration of the Sum of Ninety dollars to him in hand well and truly paid by
the Said Jacob before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, doth acquit, Release, Exonerate and forever discharge the Said
Jacob his heirs Executors and administrators by these presents, have Granted, bar
=gained, Sold, aliened, enfeoffed, Conveyed and Confirmed, unto the Said Jacob
and to his heirs and afsigns forever, all that Certain tract or Parcel of land
being a part of the third Section in the fourth Township Second entire Range
in the miami purchase County of Warren and State aforesaid, beginning at
the South East Corner of a Certain tract or parcel of land devised by Roland
Kindle
deceased to his wife Anna Kindle during her life in Section No.. Three
in Township Range County and State aforesaid, Thence Running South forty
poles, Thence West eighty poles, Thence north forty poles, Thence East Eighty
poles to the place of beginning Containing twenty Acres--To have and to
hold the Said premifes with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and

behof [sic] of the Said Jacob and his heirs and afsigns forever, and the Said Joseph
doth for himself and his heirs Executors and administrators, Covenant and grant unto
and with the Said Jacob his heirs Executors administrators and afsigns, that he
the Said Joseph is lawfully and Rightfully Seized of the before mentioned premi
=fses and every part and parcel thereof, And hath good Right full power and
lawful authority to grant bargain, Sell and Convey the Same in manner
and form aforesaid, and the Said Joseph doth for himself his heirs Executors and
administrators further Covenant with the Said Jacob his Executors administrators and
afsigns that before mentioned premifses with all and Singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the Said Jacob his heirs and
afsigns against the Said Joseph his heirs Executors and administrators and every
other person or persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend. In witnefs whereof the Said Joseph Sipe, together with Anna
his wife, who relinquishes her Right of dower, have hereunto Set their han [tear:

Personally appeared before me Abner Leonard one of the Justices of the peace in and
for the County of Warren and State of Ohio, Joseph Sipe with Anna Sipe his
wife and Severally acknowledged to Relinquish all their Right of dower to
the within mentioned Tract or parcel of land--Taken and acknowledged
before me this 12th. day of December 1808.
