Know all men that Nathaniel M. Billings, Eliza H. Billings and Lucy Billings of the County of Warren and State of Ohio, in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand five Hundred and thirty Dollars, in hand paid by Jacob Debolt of the same place, have bargained and sold and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Jacob Debolt his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situated in the County of Warren in the State of Ohio, and in Salem Township and bounded and described as follows. Being part of Survey No 3795, on the waters of Todds=fork, Beginning at a stone on the S.E. boundary of said survey a corner to Michael Goepper, thence with his line N.44°W.24.37-1/2 chains to a stone on the N.W. bank of Littles Run in the line of said Goepper, thence down said Run on the N.W. Bank thereof N.20°E.2.50 chains N.4-1/2°E.2.75 chains N.12°W.6 chains N.1°E.3.75 chains N.30-3/4°E.3.50 chains N.6-1/4°E.2 chains and N.33-1/4°W.50 or 2 rods Chains [sic], thence N.63-1/2°E.1.50 chains 18 links to a Walnut, thence N.86-1/2°E.1.46 chains to a Wild Cherry, thence N.15-34°W.3.25 chains to the public Road, thence on the N. side of said Road N.71-1/4°E.5.10 chains to a stone in the line of Wm. Bennett, thence with his line S.44-1/2°E.21.75 chains to a stone, thence S.76-3/4°E.20.96 chains to a stone in the Road and in the S.E. line of said Survey and thence with said line S.45°W.34.95 chains to the place of beginning Containing Ninety Eight Acres of land, To Have and To Hold said premises with the appurtenances , unto the said Jacob Debolt, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Nathaniel M. Billings and Lucy Billings for themselves and heirs do hereby Covenant with the said Jacob Debolt his heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, that the Said premises are free and clear from all incumbrances whatever, and that they will forever Warrant and defend the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said Jacob Debolt his heirs and assigns, against the lawful Claims of all persons whomsoever. In Testimony Whereof the said Nathaniel M. Billings, Lucy Billings and Eliza H. Billings, wife of said Nathaniel M. Billings, who hereby relinquishes her right of dower in said premises, have hereunto set their hands and seals this First day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty Eight. (Signed and sealed by the grantors in the presence of) Jacob Soth, H.C. Dwinell. Recd. for record April 14th 1858 and Recorded May 5th 1858, John R. Bone, R.N.C.

The State of Ohio, Warren County, SS// Before me, H.C. Dwinell a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, appeared Nathaniel M. Billings, Lucy Billings and Eliza H. Billings his wife, and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above Conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed, And the said Eliza H. Billings being at the same time examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband and the content of said instrument made known to her by me, she then declared that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same and that she is still satisfied therewith. This First day of April A.D. 1858 (signed) H.C. Dwinell J.P.
