Know all men by these presents that we, Solomon Beach and
Easter Beach, wife of said Solomon Beach of the county of Allen Ohio in
consideration of the sum of four hundred Dollars in hand paid by Daniel
Apple of the county of Shelby Ohio have bargained and sold and do hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Daniel Apple, his heirs and
assigns forever, the following premises situate in the county of Warren
in the state of Ohio in the township of Hamilton and bounded and described
as follows, part of Military Survey No. 3790 between the little Miami and
Scioto Rivers and part of a two hundred acre lot formerly owned by Arnold
Snider, Deceased, and part of the South West end of said Lot, which by partition
between the heirs and Samuel Shipley was set off as said Shipleys part,
Beginning at a stone in the standard line being the South West corner and
North East corner of a thirty acre lot owned by F G Hill, part of William
Snell's farm, thence S 45 deg E with the line of said Hills lot, 11.90-1/2
chains to a stone for corner, thence N 45 deg, 18' E 17.50 chains to a stake
in the channel of a branch from which a hickory bears 80 deg W 18 links
thence N45 deg W11.90-1/2 chains to a stone in the standard line from which
a white oak bears N1 W 34-1/2 links, another white oak bears S 16 deg E
34 links, thence S 45 deg 18' W 17.50 chains with the aforesaid Standard
line to the place of the beginning, containing twenty acres, three roods,
13.6 poles of land. Also a certain parcel of land situate in the State,
County and township aforesaid in the waters of Obanion Creek, it being a
part of the survey No 4248, bounded and described as follows (viz) Beginning
at three white oaks in the line of John Doughman and corner to Colon Spence,
thence N 2 deg W 22 poles to a stake in the line of said Spence and on the
bank of a run, thence up said run, N 64-1/2 deg E 5 poles to a stake, thence,
N 12 deg E 4 poles to a stake on said run, thence N 15 deg E 10 poles to
a stake thence S 59 deg E 10 poles, 23 links to a stake on the bank of said
run and in the public road and in the line of Samuel Shipley, thence with
the line of said Shipley S45 deg W 37 poles 6 links to the beginning containing
two acres, two rood and seven poles more or less. To have and to hold said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said Daniel Apple, his heirs and
assigns, forever. And the said Solomon Beach for himself and heirs, doth
hereby covenant with said Daniel Apple, his heirs and assigns that he is
lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, that the premises are free and
clear from all encumbrances whatsoever and that he will forever warrant
and defend the same with the appurtenances unto the said Daniel Apple, his
heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all person whomsoever.
In Testimony whereof the said Solomon Beach and Easter Beach have hereunto
set their hand and seals this 2nd day of January in the year of our Lord,
1843.

Before me Enos S Oxley a Justice of the peace in and for said County,
personally appeared the above named Solomon Beach and Easter, his wife,
and acknowledged the siging [sic] and sealing of the above conveyance
to be their voluntary act and deed. And the said Easter, being at the
same time examined by me separate and apart from her said husband, and
the contents of said instrument made known to her by me she then declared
that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same and that
she is still satisfied therewith, this 2nd day of January, A.D. 1843
