Summary:	Warren County, Ohio, Docet of Estates, Volume 0 Rachel Wilson, Old War Widow Pension Index Card (See War of 1812 Service) Sylvester Wilson Estate, Old C.P. Box 6 Warren County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, Volume 8, beginning at p. 209 (1st 4 pages of case) In glancing at the 1st couple of pages of this case, it would appear that Sylvester Wilson had a 50 acre farm on a 200 acre parcel owned by a John Neilly. Neilly died and Sylvester Wilson executed a bond with the administrators of the Neilly estate on 7 Nov 1804 to purchase the 50 acres for $100 "as soon as the court would permit them the said Administrators to convey said lands agreeably to a contract between the said Sylvester and the said John Neilly in his lifetime" It appears that the heirs of John Neilly had filed a partition suit to divide the 200 acres and Sylvester Wilson's heirs were filing this suit to stop the partition of the 200 acres and to gain title to the 50 acres where they lived.
