SAMUEL WHITE Warren County, Ohio, Series A, Box 79; recorded Common Pleas Volume 13, page 264 The State of Ohio Warren County Court of Common Pleas of the term of October A.D. 1828. On this 29th day of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
and Twenty eight Samuel White in his own person in open
court, being duly sworn deposeth and Saith that it is his bona fide intention
to become a citizen of the United States of America and to renounce forever
all allegiance & fidelity to any foreign prince potentate State or
sovereignty whatever & particularly all allegiance & fidelity
to his Majesty the King of Great Britain and Ireland to whom he was heretofore
