This indenture made this eighth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand, eight hundred & three between John Neely and Jenny Neely his wife of the county of Warren and State of Ohio of the one part, and Silvester Willson of the County of Warren and State Aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said John Neely and Jenny Neely for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars Current money to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and forever acquit and discharge the said Silvester Willson and his Heirs, Executors and Administrators; do by these presents, grant, bargain sell, alien, and confirm, unto the said Silvester Willson and his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the county of Warren and State of Ohio Beginning at a White Oak Gum and Ash most easterly corner of said Neelys survey Thence with his line North one hundred thirty poles to a state on said line Thence West Sixty two poles to a red oak red bud and two elms thence south one hundred thirty poles to an elm and dogwood thence East sixty two poles to the beginning containing Fifty acres Sixty poles. . . ."
