In the name of God amen. I Thomas Lucas of the State of Ohio Warren County considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be the almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following first I want all my just debt and funeral paid and do give my wife Mary Lucas her maintainance as long as she remains my widow to be paid to her yearly and all her Removeables which she brought to me in sted of her dowry. I do also give to my son Abraham Lucas & my son John Lucas & my son Ebenezar Lucas & my son Caleb Lucas and my son Francis Lucas all my lands and tenements to be equally divided for them. I also give to my daughter Massee ten dollars I also give to my daughter Rhoda Phillips ten dollars I also give to my daughter Sarah Ulrey ten dollars to be paid to them within eighteen months after my Decease I hereby appoint my son Caleb Lucas and my son Francis Lucas Executors of this my last will and testament and for them to sell or divide the land when they see proper. Here by revoking all former wills by me made in witness there of I have here unto set my hand and seal this 17 day of February in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty 1820                                                                                    Thomas Lucas
