In pursuance of an order of the Probate County, of Warren County, and to me directed, I will sell, at public auction, on the premises, at 11 o'clock A.M., on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 1873,
The following described real estate belonging to the estate of Robert
M. Johnson, deceased. Said premises, near Foster's Crossings, Hamilton
Township, in Warren County, Ohio, and is bounded as follows:

Said property has been appraised at $62 per acre, and will not be sold
for less than two-thirds of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE. - One-third cash on day of sale, balance in one and two years, with interest at 8 percent., secured by mortgage on the premises.
