Ex. parte Elias Horner
September Term A. D. 1832
Declaration for Naturalization

Warren County to wit:

On this day personally appeared in open court, Elias Horner, an applicant for naturalization, who on being duly sworn declareth and Saith, that he is now thirty four years of age, that he was born in the County of York in England from whence in the month of September 1821 he emigrated to the United States of America, where he now resides, to wit in the County of Warren in the State of Ohio. And the said Elias further declareth and saith on his oath aforesaid, that it is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever; and particularly to his Majesty William the Fourth, King of Great Britain Ireland &c. to whom he was heretofore a subject and further saith not.

Sworn to and subscribed in Open Court this 1st day of Oct. A.D. 1832
