   "Charlotte Hart Widow of James Hart decd. having caused to be filed
in Court here her relinquishment of the administration of the Estate of said
deceased the Court thereupon grant letters of administration on said estate
to Charles T. Barton who is to give bond in One thousand dollars with
Mason Seward and Charles Hart [sic] his bail _ and the Court appoint James
Baxter Robert Irwin & Moses Baker
appraisers & said administrator
is sworn in Open Court -- (Bond filed & letters ifsued) "

"Know all men by these presents, the we Charles T. Barton
Mason Seward & George Hart [sic]
of the County of Warren and state of Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio,
in the sum of One thousand ---------
dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and each of us
jointly and severally, our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by
these presents: Sealed with our seals at Lebanon the 9t------- day
of Sept. in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty
three
The condition of the above obligation is such, that, whereas the Court of Common Pleas
within and for the county of Warren, on the 9t day of Sept.
in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty three ----- granted
letters of administration on the estate of James Hart ------- deceased,
unto the above named Charles T. Barton -------------------------------------------------

Now, if the said Charles T. Barton --------------------------------------------------
administrat or of all and singular the the goods and chattels, rights, credits, moneys and
effects which were of the said James Hart --------------------------------------------
at the time of his decease, shall well and faithfully perform all the duties required
of him by law, then this obligation to be void and of no effect, otherwise to be
and remain in full force and virtue.
