Ex parte John Harrison

Declaration for Naturalization
Warren County to wit:
John Harrison an applicant for naturalization in his
own person in open Court on being duly sworn declareth and Saith, that
he is twenty three years of age, that he was born in the County of York
in England from where in the month of June 1830, he emigrated to the United
States of America, where he now resides, to wit, in the County of Warren
in the State of Ohio. And the said John on his oath aforesaid further
declareth and Saith, that it is his bona fide intention to become a Citizen
of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity
to any foreign power, potentate, State of Sovereignty whatever; and particularly
to his Majesty William the Fourth King of Great Britain Ireland &c.
to whom he was heretofor a subject, and further Saith not.
