Willie Knight
son of J. W. & E. Knight
died Mar 3, 1864
aged 1 year 11 months & 10 days
30 Dec 2010 Paula Umberger-Knight email:
"My husband's great grandfather, James W. Knight is buried in the Old School Baptist Cem. near Ridgeville. They do not know where his stone is though.
"In the photo, it appears to me that it reads:
"Willie son of James W. & 'E' Knight, rather then 'P' .
"The letter you note as being 'P', definitely looks like an 'E' to me which would be James W. and Emily Cross-Knight."

5 Jan 2011 Arne H Trelvik note:
The Warren County Cemetery Records Volume 6 published in 1987 interpreted the inscription as "J. W. & P. Knight"
When Dana Palmer read this worn stone, she interpreted the inscription as "Son of J. W. & L Kn[ight]"
